Data Voice performs Help Desk Support Services and On-Site Technical Service Support for all the personal computer systems at the South Florida Water Management District Headquarters and remote offices as an MBE subcontractor to Akibia Corporation.

Data Voice personnel assists SFWMD users in resolving issues and conflicts related to their computer hardware, software and peripherals. Data Voice maintains a full-time staff of five (5) Help Desk Support Technicians in West Palm Beach, Florida in performance of this contract.
